We spent 2 lovely nights in Amman. The rooms were reasonably large and brand new. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent, with a wide array of options. The place was ideal, and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend it more.

Everything was good, attentive staff, favourable location close enough to shops. Our room was a nice size and nicely furnished with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was good. We truly enjoyed spending 1 night here.

The room was nicely furnished and offered hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and towels, so that guests had essentials.

The rooms were spacious, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable business stay. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, the hotel's central location provided convenient access to transportation.
The breakfast included limited options that were not up to par with the hotel's upper-class status. the surrounding neighborhood lacked tourist amenities and the language barrier made communication with locals difficult.

We loved the cleanliness, shuttle services, and location of this hotel. It was close to all the shops we needed with an ATM cash machine nearby. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in. The room service was excellent with a quick response to our needs. The hotel is located near some great restaurants and the downtown area is only a short drive away. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a variety of food to choose from.
The staff was not very attentive, and it was hard to communicate with them. When we arrived, we had to wait for almost an hour to check-in, and the receptionist didn't seem to know much about the hotel.

This hotel is located in a convenient area close to all the shops you need, as well as an ATM cash machine. the staff is helpful in providing a card with directions in Arabic for taxi drivers. the location allows easy access to everything you need including restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable mattresses and daily cleaning service.
The breakfast selection is limited and could be improved.
